Former office complex Europoint is being transformed to project Lee Towers: two apartment buildings with a height of 95 meters enabling an unique view on the Rotterdam harbour area. 

This transformation is a perfect example of converting an existing, old VAV installation (with office function) into a CERA system for stacked housing. One of the Lee Towers will be established with this new ventilation concept.
