A village in the city inspired by Brooklyn NY: this is how project Little C | Are called Coolhaven. Barcol-Air will supply CERA units for the beautiful lofts / apartments of this special project.
Project Little Coolhaven in Rotterdam: a special project with a small-scale, secure character, which will be integrated into a major metropolis - all with Brooklyn New York as a source of inspiration.
The project is located within walking distance of all important places in the city of Rotterdam. Little Coolhaven's 15 buildings will be interconnected by walkways, stairs and squares.
All this ensures a sturdy, robust look combined with the ultimate loft feeling. In addition to the beautiful lofts and apartments, the project offers space for a parking garage, various office spaces, catering establishments and the Daniel den Hoed Family House. All this will arise on the - still empty - waterfront on the Rotterdam Coolhaven.
We were commissioned by Terberg to supply 210 CERA units for the apartments. Barcol-Air is also in the picture for other functions, such as the offices and the family home Daniel den Hoed.
Deliveries will start from September 2019. The project will be completed in phases and is expected to be completed by the end of 2020.
