Valley

Valley offers not only living and working spaces but also opportunities for sports, shopping, visiting a museum, or relaxing in one of the bars or restaurants. Additionally, it serves as a shared, public outdoor space. Seven functions combined in one award-winning building: Valley can rightfully be called a city in itself.

Project introduction

Valley is built south of the A10 ring road at the Zuidas in Amsterdam. Valley contributes to the municipality of Amsterdam’s goal to develop the Zuidas into a mixed urban district for living, working, and leisure.

From the ground floor up to the seventh floor, there are offices, spaces for culture, retail, hospitality, and access to the residential towers. Starting from the eighth floor, the residential levels begin. There are 198 apartments ranging in size from 55 to 700 m². The entire project has a gross floor area of over 75,000 m² and stands 100 meters tall. The abundance of greenery is a special aspect of the design. Combined with the natural stone finish, it creates the image of a green valley.
