SUSTAINABLE VENTILATION CONCEPT

The Barcol-Air ventilation control unit, type CERA, is an air balance control system for hi-rise residential buildings (apartments), where the heat recovery takes place in the central heat recovery unit. The supply and return air are balanced by measuring the supply air and synchronize the return air accordingly. This combination can result in an EPC value of <0.15. The unit takes up little space and is suitable for use in new construction, renovation and transformation projects.

 

The construction of the unit is such that it is free from both filters and a fan, so maintenance is kept to a minimum. The automatic and accurate CERA control is controlled by measuring the CO2 concentration per home. Based on the Building Decree, limit values ​​have been specified in the regulation for the ventilation flow rate. By following the CO2 concentration, there will never be too much air going to the house, but there will always be sufficient ventilation air available.
